Nephele Thalia Perkins ^^

First/Middle name given by her mother: Iris[Goddess of Rainbow and a messenger to the Gods]. Her father is a human that has some far-off connection to Dolos[God/Spirit of Trickery, Cunning Deception, and Craftiness].

Abilities: She mainly takes after her mother, Iris. She wants to become a Messenger as well. She receieved a pair of winged sneakers that was a present from another Messenger[either her mother, Hermes, or other. It doesn't matter.]
She is able to make rainbows, but she mainly practices her flying and helps deliver messages around Agartha whe needed.
When in a hurry she changes into her 'Messenger Form' where she can sprout a pair of head-wings[not pictured]. Her pendant grows into a full stalf[like Hermes'], and she puts on her goggles and wears moar armour-like clothes.
With her father having a fragment of Dolos within him, he passed it on to Nephele. She's not a good Trickster, but every now and then she gets lucky and can trick/deceive people and get outta trouble. Which she needed when she was in high-school, but it didn't always work.

Build: Curvy, sorta athletic/muscley

Category: Demi-God. Daughter of Iris and a mortal.

Wishes to Study under:
Goddess of Weaponry: Successor of Hephaestus
--> She wishes to Train under Jini-Sensei so that she can make herself useful armour, fix her stalf/gauntlets, and could also use Weaponry knowledge to help others fix stuff in battle.
God of Messages: Successor of Hermes
--> Studying under Hermes is an obvious, to be a Messengerfor the Gods!

Relationship with Humans: She loves humans! She lived with them most her life before coming to Agartha so she is very use to them. ^^

Personality: Energetic, Hard-working[with certain things], can be talkative with some people. She takes pride in being a Messenger/Messenger-in-Training, she loves helping out and since she's not great with weapons, message delivery is the best she's got.
Likes: music, steampunk, being a messanger[had paper-routes/etc when younger], art, Rainbows, nice people, animals, her friend Jordan['s Satyr character], etc

Weapon: She has her Caduceus stalf[like Hermes and Iris]. It stays tiny as a pendant on her necklace until she needs it. It's not very useful in battle[she can't fight well anyways], but it's something.
Equipment:
Watch Gauntlet: To make sure she's on time when delivering things, and to make sure she isn't late for class to haha! ORZ;;,
Caduceus Pendant: She wears it as a necklace but if ever in battle/in training it can expand into a full stalf[like Herme's/Iris's]
Winged Shoes: Worn at all times, not incredibl good at flying with them yet, but thats why she's here!
Goggles: Worn when training for flying/etc. She usually keeps them around her neck or in her bag
Messanger/Shoulder bag: Used for her schoolbag, but also good for being a courier and delivering messages/holding them in there

City: Lune. Only because it's said to be better for winged people. She only has winged-shoes, but it works. Plus it'll be cool to be in the same city as my teacher Jini! ^^ [EDIT: Might need to be in Mare since Lune is filling up. But I'll be with my other teacher so oh well~ haha]

As far as having the Request Crits up! I really only mean Crit on what Imight have written for the character or how her outfit/design could be better. I kno the anatomy sucks, so yeah. Crit on the other stuff if you want haha |D
